Our theme of ‘Rangimārie’ will deepen our lived experience of Christ’s peace, to sustain us through the challenges of ministry.

Starting at 5pm on Sunday 13 September (you are welcome to arrive early and settle in)
Finishing after lunch on Friday 18 September (with the option of staying on for private retreat)

Accommodation & food: $400 ($80 per night, per person, fully catered) to be paid to Kopua Monastery.

The Pattern of the Days
The monks observe the ancient 7-fold prayer cycle through the day, in the Chapel. We are welcome to join in as little or as often as we choose. Kopua has special dispensation to include non-Catholics in Mass.
4.00am Vigils
6.00am Morning Prayer (Lauds)
7.00am Self-service breakfast in the Guesthouse
8.00am Community Mass (Incorporates Prayer of the Third Hour – Terce)
11.30am Prayer of the Sixth Hour (Sext)
12.00pm Main Meal in the Day Centre
2.00pm Prayer of the Ninth Hour (None)
5.30pm Supper – self serve in the Guesthouse
6.15pm Evening Prayer (Vespers)
8.00pm Compline
Our retreat will include optional Gathering times at 10am and 7pm, with space for sharing, and input from Silvia on experiencing Christ's peace in the demands of ministry.
